TALLAHASSEE,FL (Aug.31) - FAMU supporters held a short program at the FAMU room of the Tallahassee Regional Airport as the Rattlers departed for Nashville. Speakers included Interim President Larry Robinson; Rep. Alan Williams, Immediate Chairman of the Greater Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce Todd Sperry; Athletics Director Derek Horne; Head Football Coach Joe Taylor and Executive Editor of the Tallahassee Democrat Bob Gabordi.
