Yeisha Arica comes in as a freshman from Puerto Rico's UPR-Bayaman school.  She resides in San Juan, Puerto Rico.  She is an extremely well-sized and athletic outside hitter.  She is expected to help Tony Trifonov's Lady Rattlers push for the 2012 MEAC title.
