Coach Darlene Moore was pleased to see internal competition among her team. "The strength of this team is their pushing one another. I am very proud of my young ladies. This is a step in our preparation for the MEAC cross country championship. We have a few more things to work on and a few more pieces to put together, but I feel our team is right on schedule to have a successful season," Moore said.
