TALLAHASSEE, Fla. ( March 24) - The Florida A&M Women's Tennis Team dropped a 7-0 decision to South Carolina State, here Saturday afternoon at FAMU Tennis Courts.

FAMU (3-9) lost the doubles points as SCSU won all three doubles matches.

SCSU would sweep the Lady Rattlers in singles competition.

Alexis Brown would push Akilah James to 6-4, 6-3 in the No. 2 singles.

The Lady Rattlers will return to action on April 7 as they will host Bethune-Cookman in a Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference Southern division play in a 11 a.m. start.
