Jean Leon paced the Rattlers with a fourth place finish in the tough men's heptathlon.Leon finished third in the 60m hurdles (9.02), second in the 1,000m run (2:54.97) and fifth in the pole vault to scored 4,306 event points.
Jeremy Tillman qualified for the 60m dash finals with a 6.83 qualifying time. He will compete in the finals that will take place on Saturday.
The FAMU Distance Medley Relay (DMR) team had a Top 10 finish, taking sixth place. The team of Owolabi Deji, Derrick Morgan, Lamere Buchanon and Shuaib Winters finished the tough race in 10:28.29.
The Rattlers will try to score more points on the final day of competition tomorrow. Events start at 9.a.m.
