FAMU (11-11), winners of the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) will face off against the host Bulldogs (18-7), winners of the Southeastern Conference in one opening round match at 2:00 p.m., preceded by an 11 a.m. bout between 22nd ranked South Florida (17-8) of The American Athletic Conference, and Duke University (16-9) of the Atlantic Coast Conference.
Friday's match winners will meet Saturday, May 13 at 3:00 p.m.
This will be only the second-ever NCAA Tournament appearance for Florida A&M, which made its' only previous postseason trip in 2000, in the opening round against the University of Florida in Gainesville.
Meanwhile, Tuesday's announcement marks the 39th NCAA Tournament appearance and the 34th-consecutive NCAA bid for the Bulldogs.
Georgia has won six NCAA National Championships as a team (1985, 1987, 1999, 2001, 2007 and 2008).
Tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for children and students, and can be purchased at the Dan Magill Tennis Complex beginning one hour before the match each day.
