GREENSBORO, N.C. (Mar. 2) – The FAMU Women’s Basketball team (4-23, 2-13 MEAC) dropped a tough 77-53 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference road decision to league-leading North Carolina A&T (18-10, 15-0 MEAC) at the Corbett Sports Center here Saturday afternoon.

Meanwhile, the Aggies scored 32 in the second half, finishing the game with a 22-point burst in the fourth quarter.

Junior forward Dy’Manee Royal led FAMU with 13 points, while freshman Mya Moye added 12 points, splashing a trio of three-pointers. Candice Williams added six points from a pair of triples, while Tyra James finished with five points.
