TALLAHASSEE, FL (Feb.22) - Weather was king for the day as the doubleheader softball games between the FAMU Lady Rattlers and the Troy University Trojans were delayed several times from its original starting time of 4 p.m., today at the Lady Rattlers Softball Complex.
After several rain bands sprinkled the field, the game was finally called at approximately 5:15 p.m., due to unsafe playing conditions. The game has been rescheduled for April 12, at 7 p.m.
The Lady Rattlers will leave Tallahassee in the morning for Boca Raton, FL for the FAU Softball Tournament, which features FAU, FIU, Tulsa, Auburn and Loyola Marymount.
