FAMU Athletics Golf Tournament
PLAYER REGISTRATION Register for the 2nd Annual FAMU Athletics Golf Tournament and enjoy a great day with other Rattler supporters. Friday, April 5, 2013 at Southwood Golf Club - Range/Warm-up at 7:30 a.m. All proceeds from the event support the Athletic Department at Florida A&M University. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. The FAMU Athletics Golf Tournament is presented by Parks and Crump, LLC.

PARTICIPATION LEVELS
Corporate Foursome - $500 Benefits include: Four playing spots in the tournament. Company name displayed on a sign at either the tee box or putting green. Company name listed in tournament program.
Individual Golfer - $100 For individuals who wish to enjoy a round of golf.
NOTE: Carts and range balls are provided and all participating golfers receive a complimentary pre- and post-tournament meal, courtesy of tournament sponsors, and goodie bag.
 
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Your contribution benefits the Florida A&M University Athletic Department and will be administered by the FAMU Foundation. Gifts to the Foundation qualify as charitable contributions to an IRS Section 501(c) (3) public charity for federal income, estate and gift tax purposes. According to Internal Revenue Service regulations, the value of your contribution must be reduced by the value of the benefits you receive. Check and credit card (Visa and MasterCard) are accepted.
